IESE Business School offers the Women in Business Scholarship to female candidates admitted to its Global Executive MBA. The scholarship is awarded globally and supports experienced managers who hold or aspire to leadership roles in the private or public sector.
The GEMBA is a blended, part-time program combining distance learning with residential modules in Europe, North America and Asia. Candidates can complete it in 16 months or use the flexible route of up to 28 months.
Benefits & funding
- The scholarship covers up to €40,000.
- The February 2027 GEMBA program fee is €138,000; airfare and accommodation for residential modules are additional costs.
- The program fee includes tuition, course materials, most meals during residential modules and access to IESE learning resources.
Eligibility
- Applicants must be female and already admitted to the IESE Global Executive MBA.
- Candidates must have significant management experience and currently hold or aspire to a leadership role in the private or public sector.
- GEMBA admission requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, at least 10 years of work experience, at least four years of leadership experience and fluent English.
- An Executive Assessment is required unless IESE grants a merit-based waiver.
- Fully or partially company-sponsored candidates are not eligible for a scholarship.
- The scholarship is awarded globally, with no nationality or residence restriction stated.
- Each candidate may apply for only one scholarship, and a scholarship cannot be deferred.
