The Women@Dior & UNESCO Mentorship and Education Program is a year-long initiative jointly run by the House of Dior and UNESCO to support the professional development and leadership of young women in higher education. Rooted in UNESCO’s mandate to advance gender equality through education and Dior’s tradition of transmission and empowerment, it pairs each participant with a Dior mentor and gives access to an online learning platform and a hands-on community project. Since 2017 more than 2,800 young women from over 60 countries and nearly 90 nationalities — across fields from engineering and STEM to business, design and public policy — have taken part. Participants stay engaged across the academic year through online and in-person events.
