The Western Balkans Youth Forum is an in-person regional policy forum organized by the Regional Youth Cooperation Office with the Government of Montenegro under the Berlin Process. The 2026 edition brought young people, decision-makers, civil society representatives, and regional partners to Budva, Montenegro, for dialogue, peer learning, and policy work.
Participants explored green development, peace and security, mobility and skills, innovation, and regional opportunities. Working sessions were designed to produce youth recommendations for presentation through the Berlin Process.
