The Global Career Accelerator supports emerging filmmakers, producers and other creators working across factual media. It is run by the World Congress of Science & Factual Producers and brings selected participants to WCSFP 2026 in Tallinn, Estonia, from 9 to 12 November.
The programme covers science, history, natural history, wildlife and other non-fiction work across broadcast, digital, social media, gaming and multimedia formats. Participants receive Congress access and mentoring intended to help them build industry knowledge and connections.
Benefits & funding
- Every selected participant receives accreditation for WCSFP 2026 and one-to-one mentorship.
- Tier 1 participants also receive travel and accommodation support; the official page does not state a cash amount or confirm that every personal expense is covered.
- Participants receive discounted accreditation for WCSFP 2027 and 2028.
