The ninth edition is a hybrid peace education programme for 20 young civil-society participants from the South Caucasus and Central Asia. UNAOC runs it within Peace4Culture Global Call, an initiative launched by Azerbaijan’s Ministry of Culture with UNAOC.
Participants complete online modules, attend an intensive in-person workshop, carry out a community peace initiative with mentorship, and may present results at a final symposium. The workshop and symposium locations have not been announced.

Eligibility
- Be aged 18–25 and born between September 2001 and September 2008.
- Be both a citizen and current resident of Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan or Uzbekistan.
- Be actively involved as staff or a volunteer in a non-governmental, non-profit, youth-led organization, network, initiative or movement with capacity to reach other young people.
- Have intermediate-to-fluent English and commit to every programme phase.
- Show commitment to diversity, pluralism, nonviolence and peaceful, inclusive societies.
- Have no prior participation in any UNAOC programme. Selected applicants need an international passport valid through at least December 2027.
- No degree requirement or minimum number of work-experience years is stated.
