Hanyang University awards this cash scholarship to international undergraduate and graduate degree students enrolled at its Seoul Campus who earn a qualifying TOPIK or TOPIK IBT result. The Office of International Affairs administers applications once per semester, and the latest published window closed on June 26, 2026.
Applicants use results from the exam administrations and score-release period named for each cycle. The next application dates have not been announced.
Benefits & funding
- Students in undergraduate years 1–2 or graduate terms 1–2 receive KRW 500,000.
- Students in undergraduate years 3–4 or graduate terms 3–4 receive KRW 300,000.
- Applications are accepted once per semester; undergraduates may receive the scholarship at most twice and graduate students at most once.
Eligibility
- Be an international student currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program at Hanyang University’s Seoul Campus.
- For the first-semester 2026 cycle, hold TOPIK or TOPIK IBT level 5 or 6 from the named test administrations, with the result announced between January 1 and June 30, 2026.
- Students on leave, students who completed coursework without graduating, extended-study students, language-institute students, and KGSP recipients cannot apply.
- TOPIK Speaking results are not accepted.
