The Global Good Fund Fellowship is a 12-month, hybrid leadership-development program run by The Global Good Fund, a U.S.-based nonprofit. It selects social entrepreneurs from around the world who lead mission-driven enterprises and invests in them as leaders — not in their organizations directly. The focus is the founder’s growth: each Fellow is paired with a professional executive coach and a C-suite business mentor, completes a 360° leadership assessment, and follows a personalized Leadership Development Plan over the year. The 2027 cohort is now recruiting.
