The SparkUp Initiative Fellowship is a two-month online capacity-building program run by Spark Up Initiative. It helps leaders of women-led NGOs and grassroots organizations strengthen fundraising strategy, project design, grant writing, crowdfunding, and digital fundraising.

Participants join interactive group sessions, receive one-on-one mentoring, and learn with peers. The first cohort is identified as the 2026 cohort, and applications are closed.

Eligibility

  • Both newly formed and established organizations may apply.
  • The applicant must hold a leadership role in the organization and provide a signed letter confirming that role.
  • No academic degree, age, or work-experience threshold is published.

Application process
