The College of Europe offers this scholarship for postgraduate study at its Bruges campus in Belgium and Natolin campus in Warsaw, Poland. It is available to citizens of 16 European Neighbourhood Policy countries.
Recipients join a College master’s programme during the 2026/2027 academic year. Admission applications are assessed by the relevant study department, followed by preselection and interviews; scholarships are allocated on merit after the interviews.

Eligibility
- Citizenship is required from Algeria, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Egypt, Georgia, Israel, Jordan, Lebanon, Libya, Moldova, Morocco, Palestine, Syria, Tunisia or Ukraine. The College labels Palestine as the Palestinian Authority on its page.
- Applicants must meet the academic requirements of their chosen programme. Admission normally requires a relevant Bologna master’s degree, a pre-Bologna equivalent, or a final university degree with at least 240 ECTS; bachelor’s degree holders may also be eligible if they demonstrate strong qualifications for the programme.
- Applicants must meet the language requirements of their chosen Bruges or Natolin programme and provide acceptable evidence of their language levels.
