The Reaching Out MBA Fellowship is a joint award from Reaching Out MBA and London Business School for a student admitted to the LBS MBA. It supports leadership and community participation during the London-based MBA.

LBS publishes one award worth £20,000. Every MBA admit may apply, irrespective of sexual orientation, gender identity or gender expression, and the school sends the fellowship application invitation after admission.

Benefits & funding

  • One recipient receives £20,000 from LBS.
  • ROMBA Fellows attend an exclusive incoming-fellows retreat, with hotel accommodation provided and access to networking and leadership development.
  • Fellows receive free admission to the ROMBA Conference during their MBA, an exclusive reception and educational programming, and added résumé-book exposure to corporate partners.

Eligibility

  • Applicants must first be admitted to the London Business School MBA.
  • All LBS MBA admits may apply, regardless of sexual orientation, gender identity or gender expression.
  • No nationality, residency or age restriction is published for the fellowship.
  • LBS considers non-graduates with an excellent career record, so the opportunity schema classifies the degree level as Open to all.

Application process

    Apply to the LBS MBA through the school’s online process, including the required essays, one-page CV, referee details, GMAT or GRE score, university transcripts and application fee.

    Secure an offer of admission to the LBS MBA.

    Follow the fellowship invitation sent by LBS to admitted candidates.

    Submit the school-managed fellowship application; Reaching Out MBA does not operate a separate fellowship application form.
