The Reaching Out LGBT MBA Fellowship is a partnership between Rotman and Reaching Out MBA for incoming Full-Time MBA students. Rotman selects recipients through the MBA admissions process; Reaching Out does not run a separate fellowship application.
Recipients study the 20-month, in-person MBA in Toronto and receive a school-dependent merit scholarship plus fellowship programming. The fellowship is designed to develop business leaders who advance inclusion and belonging for the LGBTQ+ community and beyond.
