Fundación Carolina, part of Spanish Cooperation, reserves these scholarships for people working to defend human rights. The 2026–2027 call offered 20 places on eight programs in Spain: human-rights masters at Carlos III, Alcalá, Cantabria and the Autonomous University of Madrid, development masters at Málaga and the Polytechnic University of Madrid, a peace-culture master at Córdoba, and a five-week crisis-operations course with CIUMP Helsinki España.
Scholars study in person; lengths run from five weeks to 18 months.
