- Eligible routes include foreign nationals who did not attend high school in Turkey or the TRNC, with stated exceptions for specified embassy and international private schools; Blue Card holders and people who renounced Turkish citizenship who did not attend high school in Turkey or the TRNC; dual nationals who did not attend high school there; Turkish citizens who completed all high school education abroad; and TRNC nationals meeting the GCE AL or TR-YÖS requirements.
- Applicants submit a high-school diploma or qualifying credential. No age, gender, residency, or work-experience requirement is published.
- Professional Flight applicants are not eligible for these scholarships.
