The Oxford-Reuben-Blavatnik School of Government Scholarship supports study at the University of Oxford’s Blavatnik School of Government. It was created through the Reuben Foundation’s gift and University matched funding.
It is available to offer-holders for the MPP, MSc in Public Policy Research, or DPhil in Public Policy. Recipients study in Oxford, United Kingdom, and preference is given to applicants from under-represented socio-economic groups.

Eligibility
- Hold an offer for the MPP, MSc in Public Policy Research, or DPhil in Public Policy at the Blavatnik School of Government.
- Applicants of any nationality or residence may be considered; the page publishes no nationality or residence restriction.
- Applicants from under-represented socio-economic groups receive preference, but this is not a hard eligibility gate.
- The supported routes correspond to bachelor-level entry for the taught master’s courses and master-level entry for the DPhil route.
