The Oxford–Oak Zimbabwe Graduate Scholarship is a University of Oxford award listed on the Blavatnik School of Government’s MPP funding page. It funds graduate study in Oxford for offer-holders from Zimbabwe who intend to return and support its future through public service.
Preference goes first to students starting the Master of Public Policy (MPP), then to other eligible students on a School degree programme. Applications for 2027–28 entry are open.

Eligibility
- An offer for an eligible Blavatnik School degree; MPP starters have first preference.
- Ordinarily resident in Zimbabwe, or a Zimbabwean national ordinarily resident outside Great Britain (a Zimbabwean living in Great Britain does not qualify).
- A commitment to return to Zimbabwe after graduating to work in public service.
- MPP entrants usually bring at least two years of professional experience.
