The Overseas Countries and Territories Youth Network is a one-year learning and engagement programme implemented by the European Commission’s Directorate-General for International Partnerships. It brings together 25 young people connected to the 13 Overseas Countries and Territories associated with the EU.
Members learn about the OCT–EU Partnership, exchange perspectives across territories, and contribute a youth viewpoint to policy discussions. The journey combines online activities with a week-long study visit to Brussels and participation in relevant high-level events.

Eligibility
- Applicants must be 20–28 years old and have a good command of English.
- Applicants need a link to one or more of the 13 OCTs through family, residence, professional, educational, civil-society, or another relevant connection; nationality or residence alone is not a universal gate.
- The 13 OCTs are Aruba, Bonaire, Curaçao, French Polynesia, French Southern and Antarctic Lands, Greenland, New Caledonia, Saba, Saint Barthélemy, Saint Pierre and Miquelon, Sint Eustatius, Sint Maarten, and Wallis and Futuna.
- No degree requirement or gender restriction is published.
