The NVIDIA Graduate Fellowship Program, run by NVIDIA Research, supports outstanding PhD students whose work aligns with NVIDIA’s research directions. Running since 2002, it has awarded more than 200 grants worth over US$7.3 million. Each fellowship provides a financial award toward the recipient’s stipend, tuition and mandatory fees for one academic year, paired with a preceding in-person summer internship at an NVIDIA research office and ongoing mentorship and technical support from NVIDIA researchers. The program is open to PhD students worldwide working in AI, machine learning, autonomous vehicles, computer graphics, robotics, healthcare and high-performance computing. Around 10 fellows are selected each cycle.
