Mentor Circles — Course / Training

Mentor Circles are small-group virtual sessions run by Rewriting the Code for members seeking practical career guidance from experienced professionals. Conversations cover interviews, workplace dynamics, internships, career development, and participants’ questions.

RTC runs the series quarterly, with groups of four to six mentees per mentor and a 1.5-hour session format. Members register for individual sessions through the teamRTC events portal.

Benefits & funding

Participation is free with RTC membership.
Each virtual session provides 1.5 hours of small-group discussion with an experienced professional.

Eligibility

Applicants must be women in technology who qualify for RTC membership.
Students must be enrolled in a college or university program.
Professional applicants must be in their first one to six years working in technology.
Members with more than six years of experience are directed to participate as mentors or speakers instead.
No nationality or residency restriction is published; RTC describes a community spanning more than 150 countries.
