Mentor Circles are small-group virtual sessions run by Rewriting the Code for members seeking practical career guidance from experienced professionals. Conversations cover interviews, workplace dynamics, internships, career development, and participants’ questions.

RTC runs the series quarterly, with groups of four to six mentees per mentor and a 1.5-hour session format. Members register for individual sessions through the teamRTC events portal.
