The Martínez Carrasco Family Scholarship is a named award within the IESE International Foundation Scholarship Program for candidates to IESE’s Master in Finance or Master in Management. The foundation supports high-potential students who demonstrate academic excellence, leadership, human-centered values and commitment to social development.

Both degree routes are based in Madrid. The MiF also includes a New York module and a week in London, while the MiM is an 11-month management program.

Benefits & funding

  • The recipient receives a scholarship toward IESE study; the official listing does not publish the award amount or tuition percentage.
  • The eligible MiM route lasts 11 months.
  • The MiF route comprises a nine-month academic phase plus a mandatory internship of at least three months.

Eligibility

  • Apply to the IESE Master in Finance or Master in Management and hold an official university degree.
  • MiF candidates should be recent graduates from STEM, economics, finance or business backgrounds with strong quantitative skills; MiM candidates may come from a broader range of academic backgrounds.
  • Both routes are intended for candidates with no more than two years of full-time professional experience.
  • No nationality or residency restriction is stated; candidates from low- and middle-income countries receive special priority rather than exclusive eligibility.
  • Meet the relevant program’s English-language and admissions-test requirements.
