Luther M. Gulick Scholarship — Master's Scholarship

The Luther M. Gulick Scholarship is a competitive merit award administered by the NYU Robert F. Wagner Graduate School of Public Service. It supports select incoming full- and part-time students whose interests center on international public policy or international development.

Applicants study through NYU Wagner in New York City. Scholarship consideration is part of the admissions review, so there is no separate scholarship essay or application.
