LCOY 2026 is the Netherlands’ youth-led climate conference, officially endorsed by YOUNGO. It is co-organised by the Dutch Youth Council, Jonge Klimaat Beweging, and Youth for Climate.
Participants meet at Campus Spui in The Hague for keynotes, side events, round tables, youth forums, and networking. Their proposals inform the National Youth Statement for COP31.
Benefits & funding

- Participants receive access to bilingual Dutch-English sessions, speakers, workshops, peer exchange, and the policy co-creation process.
Eligibility
- Open to young people interested in climate action; prior climate expertise is not required.
- The reviewed official pages publish no nationality, residency, degree, gender, experience, or numeric age restriction.
- Attendance is in person at Campus Spui in The Hague, Netherlands.
