IESE Young Talent Path Scholarship — Master's Scholarship

IESE Young Talent Path is an early-admission route to IESE Business School’s full-time MBA for final-year university students and young professionals. Successful candidates can reserve an MBA place and qualify for the linked scholarship when they later enroll.

Shortlisted applicants attend a three-day Assessment Boot Camp in Barcelona, where they experience IESE’s case-based learning and work with an international peer group. The pathway lets candidates gain further professional experience before agreeing their MBA enrollment year with IESE.

Benefits & funding

A €25,000 scholarship toward the IESE full-time MBA, awarded upon enrollment if the candidate meets IESE’s GMAT or GRE criteria.
A reserved place in the full-time MBA for up to four years.
Early access to IESE’s global community, events and career-support resources.
Invited applicants attend a three-day campus experience in Barcelona in June or July 2027.

Eligibility

Final-year university students and young professionals with up to two years of full-time work experience may apply.
Applicants must intend to pursue IESE’s full-time MBA after gaining the relevant work experience.
The scholarship requires successful admission to YTP and satisfaction of IESE’s GMAT or GRE criteria before MBA enrollment.
IESE states no nationality or residency restriction for YTP; all YTP activities are conducted in English.

Application process

Submit the online YTP application between December 2026 and March 15, 2027.

If invited, attend the three-day YTP Assessment Boot Camp in Barcelona in June or July 2027.

Successful candidates receive pre-admission and discuss the appropriate MBA enrollment year with their regional Admissions Associate Director.
