The IESE Leaders in Non-Profit & Public Sector Scholarship supports incoming full-time MBA candidates at IESE Business School. It is aimed primarily at applicants who have built careers in non-profit or government organizations and helped people at a societal level.
Scholarship candidates apply through the MBA application and are considered only after admission. The September 2027 MBA intake is based in Barcelona, with 15- and 19-month tracks and overseas options.
Benefits & funding
- Individual IESE MBA scholarships typically cover 10% to 50% of tuition fees.
- Living expenses are not covered by IESE MBA scholarships.
- IESE does not publish a target-specific award amount or number of awards for this scholarship.
Eligibility
- Applicants must be incoming IESE MBA candidates and hold an undergraduate degree.
- This scholarship primarily targets applicants whose careers have been dedicated to non-profit or government organizations and whose work helps people at a societal level.
- MBA applicants must submit a valid GMAT or GRE result and meet the program’s English-language requirements where applicable.
- IESE states no nationality, residency, gender or age restriction for this scholarship.

Application process
