He’an Education Fund Scholarship is funded by a CEIBS alumni company for newly entering full-time MBA students studying in Shanghai. It is offered each year to Early Action, Round 1, or Round 2 candidates, with selection based on merit.
CEIBS’ Chinese page lists three annual awards: two at RMB 100,000 and one at RMB 50,000. The English page currently lists only the two RMB 100,000 awards, so applicants should confirm the current allocation with MBA admissions.
Benefits & funding
- Two newly entering MBA students receive RMB 100,000 each per year.
- The Chinese page also lists one RMB 50,000 award for a newly entering student, selected on both merit and financial need.
- The award offsets part of the RMB 488,000 tuition for the 16-month MBA 2029 programme.
Eligibility
- Apply to the CEIBS full-time MBA through Early Action, Round 1, or Round 2 and enter as a first-year student.
- Hold a bachelor’s degree or above and have at least two years of full-time work experience.
- Submit a GMAT, GRE, or CEIBS Admission Test score and demonstrate English proficiency.
- CEIBS describes its MBA financial aid as available to qualified domestic and international candidates; no nationality, residency, gender, or age restriction is published for this scholarship.
- Selection is merit-based; the additional RMB 50,000 route listed in Chinese also considers financial need.
