The Guinean MPP Scholarship pays for one student from Guinea to take the Master of Public Policy (MPP) at the University of Oxford’s Blavatnik School of Government. An external funder provides the money, and the School lists the award among its own scholarships.
The MPP is an intensive one-year, full-time degree taught in Oxford, starting each September.
The School alone makes both the admission and the funding decision. There is no separate scholarship application before admission; offer holders are invited to complete a Scholarship Questionnaire.

- The fees page currently lists the annual MPP fee for 2026–27 entry as £54,650, the same for Home and Overseas students; a 2027–28 figure is not yet posted.
- The £8,200 course deposit can be waived when scholarship funding covers the full course fee.
- The School describes the fund as supporting one full scholarship.

- Guinean nationals.
- An offer of a place on the Oxford MPP; the award is considered only after admission.
- The MPP looks for a strong academic record, commitment to public service, leadership and impact, and proficiency in English.
- No set level of work experience is required; the School says most successful applicants bring at least one or two years, ideally with public-service impact.
- No age limit and no commitment to return to Guinea is stated for this award.

Application process
