The GLOBSEC Young Leaders Forum (YLF) is an annual gathering convened by GLOBSEC, a global think tank focused on security, geopolitics, technology and the future of the international order. Each edition brings together a cohort of early-career leaders from government, business, academia and civil society for several days of debate and networking, hosted alongside the flagship GLOBSEC Forum in Prague. The 2026 edition ran during the GLOBSEC Forum 2026 (21–23 May 2026, Hilton Prague). Applications for the 2026 cohort have closed, so this listing is between cycles; the next edition is expected to open in early 2027.

Eligibility

  • Young / early-career professionals aged 25–35 with an established professional track record, working across government, business, academia and civil society.
  • Open internationally — no nationality restriction is stated.
  • Selection is competitive and based on the application reviewed by GLOBSEC.

Application process

    Complete and submit the online application form (the 2026 cycle used a hosted JotForm) before the stated deadline.

    Selected applicants are notified by GLOBSEC and confirm their participation ahead of the forum in Prague.
