Global Leader Scholarship — Master's Scholarship

IESE Business School offers the Global Leader Scholarship as partial tuition support for leaders who work or intend to work in a global context. The award is tied to the school’s Global Executive MBA.

Recipients join a hybrid program combining distance learning with residential modules across business hubs in Europe, North America and Asia. Scholarship access comes only after GEMBA admission through a private, invitation-code application.

Benefits & funding

The scholarship covers up to €40,000 of Global Executive MBA tuition.
Tuition for the February 2027 intake is €138,000; airfare, a laptop and residential accommodation estimated at €25,000–€30,000 are additional costs.
The scholarship cannot be deferred if the recipient defers admission.

Eligibility

Applicants must first be admitted to the IESE Global Executive MBA and then receive an invitation to apply.
Candidates must work or intend to work in a global context, have significant management experience, and hold or aspire to a private- or public-sector leadership position.
GEMBA admission requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, at least 10 years of work experience, at least four years of leadership experience, fluent English, and an Executive Assessment unless IESE grants a waiver.
Candidates receiving full or partial company sponsorship are not eligible, and each candidate may apply for only one GEMBA scholarship.
The scholarship is awarded globally with no published nationality, residency, age or gender restriction.
