Official Page

The Entrepreneurship Scholarship is one of three scholarships that IESE Business School and MIT Sloan offer for the Global CEO Program, a seven-month executive education program for senior corporate decision-makers. It backs entrepreneurs and innovators who can create economic and social value and who face financial restrictions.

The program runs as three one-week residential modules on three continents: MIT Sloan in Cambridge, Massachusetts, then Singapore, then IESE in Barcelona. The 2026-27 fee is $56,000, and the award covers up to 15% of it.

Awards are decided by IESE’s Scholarship Award Committee, made up of business leaders and IESE alumni. Scholarship applications run through a separate IESE portal, which closes between editions; it is closed at the time of writing.

Benefits & funding

  • Covers up to 15% of the Global CEO Program tuition fee.
  • The 2026-27 program fee is $56,000 and includes tuition, reading and classroom materials, hotel accommodation, social activities and most meals.
  • Three awards are available each academic year across the program’s three scholarship categories.
  • Travel to Cambridge, Singapore and Barcelona is excluded from the fee, so the award does not cover it.
  • Program payment terms are unchanged by an award: a $10,000 deposit on admission, the balance 45 days before the start.

Eligibility

  • For Global CEO Program candidates who are entrepreneurs or innovators creating economic and social value.
  • IESE frames these scholarships as support for senior executives and entrepreneurs who have financial restrictions.
  • The program is designed for board members, C-suite executives, presidents and other chief decision-makers; participants have around 20 years of senior management experience, stated as a profile rather than a published cut-off.
  • No nationality, residency, gender, age or degree requirement is published for this scholarship.
  • IESE does not publish whether program admission must precede the scholarship application.
