The Fundación Princesa de Girona and IESE Business School run this scholarship call, now open for the 2027/2028 academic year. It backs promising young people on three IESE routes: the Master in Management (MiM), the full-time MBA and the Executive MBA.
The Foundation screens applications and passes eligible ones to IESE, whose admissions team makes the selection. Recipients also join the Foundation’s Generación Talento mentoring and wider network.
Benefits & funding
- At least 50% of tuition for each funded academic year.
- One year on the MiM; two years on the MBA and Executive MBA, with a progress report from the program director after year one.
- Generación Talento mentoring with mentors from leading companies, plus invitations to the Princesa de Girona Awards ceremony and the Tour del Talento.
- A recipient who breaks the terms or does not finish the program repays 100% of the scholarship.
Eligibility
- Spanish nationals, or residents of Spain with no further limitation.
- Aged 20–35 (bases); IESE’s scholarship listing gives 20–24 for the MiM.
- A university degree or official equivalent giving access to a master’s, meeting Spanish legal entry rules for the chosen regulated program.
- Acceptance by IESE, a strong academic record with a GMAT, GRE or IESE test, and the program’s English level.
- Experience: 0–2 years for the MiM; for the MBA at least 2 years (bases) or 5 years (Foundation’s IESE page); at least 5 post-university years for the Executive MBA.
- No salary during the award, except for Executive MBA candidates, and no similar scholarship unless IESE approves.
