The Conference Fellows Program is run by the Environmental Peacebuilding Association (EnPAx), a global network linking researchers, practitioners, and decision-makers who work on natural-resource management in conflict-affected settings. Tied to the Fourth International Conference on Environmental Peacebuilding (Ottawa, June 2026, co-hosted with the University of Ottawa), the program selects a cohort of emerging professionals and supports them through a months-long mix of online roundtables, in-person training, and mentored writing. It is designed to develop the next generation of environmental-peacebuilding professionals while giving them financial support to take part in the conference. The cycle described here is closed; the program recurs alongside each international conference.
