Empower Her Journey is a virtual training program for women entrepreneurs in India, run by the incubator Villgro with UNDP India. It is delivered as four weeks of webinars and online sessions on business acceleration and digital transformation.

It is open to enterprises that women founded, co-founded, or lead in senior executive roles, registered in India and operating for under five years. Any sector qualifies, and ventures at ideation, pre-revenue and revenue-generating stages are all accepted.

Participants finish with a certification in Business Acceleration and Digital Transformation. UNDP reported 445 women entrepreneurs trained since October 2023, against a stated goal of 1,600. The program page currently shows applications closed.
