Dean’s Scholars is an annual entrance scholarship awarded by the Rotman School of Management to five incoming students. Recipients enter the 20-month, in-person Full-Time MBA in Toronto.
Rotman automatically considers every MBA admission application, so there is no separate scholarship application. Selection recognizes excellent academic achievement, progressive work experience, and strong extracurricular activities or skill sets.

Eligibility
- Apply for admission to the Rotman Full-Time MBA; all admission applications receive automatic scholarship consideration.
- Hold a recognized four-year undergraduate degree or equivalent, with at least a 3.0 GPA or mid-B average in the final year.
- Have at least two years of full-time work experience for the regular Full-Time MBA route; Rotman excepts applicants to some combined degrees from this minimum.
- Meet the English-language and GMAT or GRE requirements, unless an official exemption applies.
- Dean’s Scholars selection considers excellent academics, progressive work experience, and strong extracurricular activities or skill sets.
- Rotman publishes no nationality or residency restriction for this award and accepts international MBA applicants.
