Compensation Structure and Team Performance is a project in Özyeğin University’s Undergraduate Research Summer Program. Two undergraduate interns work remotely under supervisors Başak Altan and Gönül Şengül.
Interns compile and clean NBA salary, roster, participation, game, lineup, co-appearance, and injury data. The resulting documented dataset is intended for later econometric analysis.

Eligibility

- Familiarity with Python, R, or similar data tools is helpful but not required.
