EnergyLab is a Phnom Penh-based non-profit working to accelerate clean energy in Southeast Asia; the fellowship is supported by the Clean Break Foundation and the Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung. Cohorts run in parallel streams in Phnom Penh and Siem Reap, drawing fellows from government, development, civil society, education, and the private sector.
