Children of Qatar University Employees Scholarship — Bachelor's Scholarship

Qatar University offers this scholarship to children of its full-time employees who are admitted to bachelor’s study. Its stated purpose is to support and retain university employees.

Recipients study in person at Qatar University in Doha and receive a tuition-fee exemption. An employee may have no more than three children holding the scholarship simultaneously.

Benefits & funding

Exemption from tuition fees.
Coverage applies to fall, spring, summer, and winter terms; summer and winter terms do not count toward the scholarship term limit.
The award can continue through the normal duration of the recipient’s study plan, subject to the university’s continuity conditions.

Eligibility

Hold a high school certificate or equivalent.
Meet the admission requirements of the selected Qatar University college.
Have at least one parent who is a full-time Qatar University employee.
Do not receive another scholarship or sponsorship at the same time.
The university publishes no nationality requirement for this scholarship.

Complete the Qatar University online admission application during the announced scholarship window and select this scholarship in the Scholarship Application section.

Enter the Qatar University employee number of the applicant’s parent and upload PDF copies of the applicant’s birth certificate and the parent’s Qatar ID card.

Wait for the post-deadline evaluation; the university may request further documents and sends the final scholarship decision by email.
