The Administrative Student Programme places students of administration, business and management into hands-on roles at CERN, the European Organization for Nuclear Research, near Geneva, Switzerland. Selected students join a CERN team for a fully onsite contract of 2 to 12 months and work 40 hours a week in fields such as communication, finance, human resources, law, logistics or procurement. The aim is to give students real professional experience inside a world-class international scientific organisation while they are still enrolled in their degree. Selection happens in several rounds across the year; this record reflects the round closing 30 June 2026.

Eligibility
- You are a national of a CERN Member State or Associate Member State. Member States: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Israel, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom. Associate Member States: Brazil, Chile, Croatia, Cyprus, India, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Pakistan, Türkiye, Ukraine.
- You have completed at least 18 months (3 semesters) of your overall studies in a relevant field at the time of selection.
- You remain enrolled as a full-time student throughout the studentship.
- PhD students and PhD holders are not eligible.
- Your field is administration, communication, finance, human resources, law, logistics, procurement, or a related discipline.
- You have a good knowledge of English or French.
