The Break Through Tech AI Program is a virtual extracurricular training program for undergraduates seeking practical skills in data science, machine learning, and artificial intelligence. Break Through Tech runs the program nationally for students at U.S.-based colleges and universities.
For the Winter/Spring 2027 cohort, fellows complete online work, attend weekly Zoom labs, and follow formal programming scheduled from January 4 to May 24. The broader program includes machine-learning foundations, industry challenge projects, mentorship, and career coaching.

Eligibility
- Applicants must be currently enrolled and in good academic standing in a two- or four-year undergraduate program at an accredited U.S.-based college or university.
- Applicants must have at least some basic programming experience.
- The Winter/Spring 2027 cohort is open nationwide to eligible students at U.S.-based institutions; no nationality, residency, gender, or age restriction is published.
