Beasiswa Unggulan Penyandang Disabilitas is a Government of Indonesia scholarship administered by Puslapdik, Ministry of Primary and Secondary Education. It supports students with physical, intellectual, mental, or sensory disabilities studying D4/S1, master’s, or doctoral programs at accredited universities in Indonesia.
The 2026 application window ran from 20 to 24 August and is now closed. Selection proceeds through administrative review and interview before Puslapdik makes the award decision.
Benefits & funding
- The scholarship covers tuition, living costs, books, research costs, and living costs for a companion.
- Funding lasts up to eight semesters for D4/S1, four semesters for a master’s degree, and six semesters for a doctorate, with a possible doctoral extension of up to two semesters.

Eligibility
- Applicants must be Indonesian students with a physical, intellectual, mental, or sensory disability, including single, multiple, or combined disabilities, documented by a doctor, specialist, or relevant institution.
- Applicants must have admission to, or active status at, an Indonesian university accredited at least B/Baik Sekali with an accredited program, and must be active in the 2026/2027 academic year.
- Applicants cannot be teachers, lecturers, or cultural practitioners, cannot already have studied at the same degree level, and cannot receive another scholarship of the same type.
- D4/S1 applicants must be under 32; ongoing students need a GPA of at least 2.75/4.
- New master’s applicants must be under 32 on 31 December of the application year, while ongoing master’s students must be under 33; the listed minimum GPA is 2.75/4.
- New doctoral applicants must be under 46 on 31 December of the application year, while ongoing doctoral students must be under 47; the 2026 guide lists a minimum GPA of 2.75/4.
- Every degree route requires organizational experience; recent national or international academic or non-academic achievement is preferred rather than mandatory.

Application process

- 2Complete the online form and upload clearly readable documents.
- 3Submit the required identity, admission or active-study, academic, recommendation, declaration, disability-verification, and degree-specific documents; master’s applicants add a study plan and doctoral applicants add a dissertation proposal.
