The Asia House Fellowship funds two early-career researchers each cycle to produce an original piece of research on an issue driving change across Asia and the Middle East. It is run by Asia House, a London-based think tank and platform for engagement between Asia, the Middle East and Europe. Fellows work on a single self-directed project over 12 months and can do so remotely from anywhere in the world. Proposals are expected to sit within geopolitics and trade, technology, data and AI, or energy and sustainability, and to be written with senior business leaders and policymakers in mind. The finished research is published and distributed through the Asia House network and feeds into its engagement with global leaders. The programme is in its fifth year; the 2026/2027 round has closed to applications.
