- Eligible citizenship or residence routes are U.S. citizenship, Canadian citizenship, U.S. permanent residence, or Canadian permanent residence.
- Research must concern the South Caucasus and may be conducted in Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, or remotely where the renewed call permits.
