Alonso-Stuyck Family Scholarship — Master's Scholarship

The Alonso-Stuyck Family Scholarship is a named award within the IESE International Foundation Scholarship Program for incoming Full-Time MBA students. It is open through either of two routes: coming from an emerging economy or needing special financial support.

Recipients study IESE’s in-person MBA in Barcelona, with overseas options, and choose a 15- or 19-month track. The September 2027 intake is currently accepting applications through four admission rounds.

Benefits & funding

IESE states that its individual MBA scholarships typically cover 10% to 50% of tuition; it does not publish a scholarship-specific percentage for this award.
Living expenses are not covered.
The September 2027 MBA tuition is €117,000 before any scholarship.

Eligibility

Apply to and be admitted to IESE’s Full-Time MBA; scholarship review takes place only after MBA admission.
Hold an undergraduate degree and meet the MBA application requirements, including a valid GMAT or GRE score and the applicable English-language requirement.
Qualify through at least one scholarship route: come from an emerging economy or demonstrate a need for special financial support.
No fixed nationality, residency, age, gender or work-experience minimum is stated; IESE says admitted MBA students typically average five years of experience.

Application process

Complete the IESE MBA online application for one of the published admission rounds.

Submit the scholarship essay within the MBA application and indicate up to three scholarships relevant to your profile.

Complete the MBA materials, including transcripts, CV, GMAT or GRE, English test where applicable, recommendation, mandatory essays and Kira video essays.

After MBA admission, the Scholarship Committee reviews the request and determines which scholarship, if any, to award.

Await the scholarship decision, generally issued with the admission decision or within two weeks afterward.
