The Airbus Global Graduate Programme is a two-year employment and development programme for graduates joining Airbus roles around the world. Participants work in their appointed business area while developing technical and interpersonal skills through placements, workshops and job shadowing.
The 2027 campaign covers functions such as engineering, digital technology, cyber security, supply chain, procurement, human resources and finance. Available countries, role requirements, pay and immigration support vary by vacancy.
Benefits & funding
- Participants receive a salary benchmarked against the relevant local industry; the amount varies by location and Airbus division.
- The two-year programme includes structured training, mentoring, workshops, job shadowing and annual residential training with the global cohort.
- National rotations may last 3, 6, 9 or 12 months, while international rotations may last 3 or 6 months and are not guaranteed.
- Airbus may support work-permit and visa processes and associated costs depending on the role and country, but AGGP roles in the United Kingdom do not offer Skilled Worker visa sponsorship.
Eligibility
- Applicants must have completed, or be on track to complete before the programme starts, degree-level education or an equivalent qualification in a field relevant to the vacancy.
- Applicants may have no more than three years of relevant work experience; individual vacancies can add role-specific requirements.
- There is no programme-wide nationality or age restriction.
- Applicants must communicate strongly in written and spoken English and demonstrate collaboration, interest in future innovation, self-awareness and ownership of their development.
- Work-authorisation conditions depend on the role and country; applicants for United Kingdom positions need an existing right-to-work route because Skilled Worker sponsorship is unavailable.

- 2Create or update an Airbus Candidate Account and submit the vacancy application with a role-specific CV and cover letter.
- 3Airbus screens the application against the programme and vacancy requirements.
- 4If invited, complete the Arctic Shores game-based assessment within three days of receiving the link.
- 5Selected candidates attend a virtual assessment centre with activities such as group exercises and interviews.
- 6A successful interview may be followed by an offer within one week.
