The Access to Success Fellowship supports Rotman Full-Time MBA students who identify as having one or more permanent disabilities. Rotman School of Management launched it with Access to Success, a national not-for-profit founded by four Rotman MBA alumni.
Recipients study in Toronto in Rotman’s 20-month, in-person Full-Time MBA. The fellowship recognizes academic merit while adding disability-focused leadership and career support.

Eligibility
- Identify as having a permanent disability or disabilities and be a Rotman Full-Time MBA student.
- Hold an appropriate four-year bachelor’s degree or equivalent, with at least a 3.0 GPA in the final year.
- The standard MBA route requires at least two years of full-time work experience; Rotman states that some combined-degree applicants are excepted.
- Meet Rotman’s English-language and GMAT or GRE requirements, unless an official exemption applies.
- Rotman publishes no nationality or residency restriction for the fellowship.

- 2Submit the MBA application for the chosen admissions round with transcripts, test information, resume and two professional references.
- 3Complete the two-question timed written assessment within seven days of the invitation.
- 4If selected, complete the recorded video interview stage and any subsequent admissions interview.
