Benefits & funding
- Recipients receive a 50% tuition waiver and pay half of the applicable tuition, including half of summer-course tuition.
- The maximum award period is 2 years in the English Preparatory Program and 6 years in the undergraduate program; approved leave semesters count toward these limits.
- The award continues within those limits when students take at least the normal course load and attend all classes; otherwise it is suspended.

- Applicants must not already hold a bachelor’s degree.

Application process

- 2Submit those program preferences through the ÖSYM Candidate Transactions System or its mobile application during the preference window.
- 3Finalize the choices online; mailed, hand-delivered, or application-center preference lists are not accepted.
- 4If placed, complete Bilkent’s online final-registration form and attend the required in-person registration appointment in Ankara.
