Taiwan AID runs this annual fellowship for NGO professionals to gain practical experience in Taiwan’s civil-society sector. The 2026 cohort is tentatively capped at 12 fellows, and its application round closed on 1 June 2026.

Fellows arrive in Taipei, attend workshops and civil-society visits, join a roundtable, and complete a three-week placement with a Taiwanese NGO matched to their background. They finish by preparing a draft project for possible future cooperation in their home countries and join the alumni network.
